Jennifer M. Ciaramello Announces Quiet Boil Companion Workbook, Coming Fall 2026 cover

FLORIDA — October 1, 2026

Jennifer M. Ciaramello, author of Quiet Boil and founder of the Quiet Boil Project, today announced the Quiet Boil Companion Workbook, coming Fall 2026.

Created as a guided next step for readers of Quiet Boil, the workbook offers space to slow down, pray honestly, recognize patterns, name what has been tolerated, and begin moving toward truth, safety, freedom, and peace. Each section follows the corresponding chapters of the memoir, helping readers move from recognition to reflection and then toward one small, faithful next step.

A practical companion for reflection

The workbook includes:

  • Check the Temperature reflections
  • Cooling Waters reflection pages
  • What Am I Tolerating? prompts
  • The Jump-Out Plan companion worksheets
  • Truth to Hold Onto Scripture pages
  • Non-Negotiables & 90-Day Rules reflections
  • My Next Jump next-step exercises
  • Group discussion questions and notes pages

The guided format responds to a need many readers experience after recognizing the “quiet boil” in their own lives: a safe, structured place to process what they are seeing, identify boundaries, and consider what a healthy next step could look like.

For individuals and supportive settings

Readers may use the workbook privately or alongside a trusted friend, counselor, pastor, or women’s group. It can serve as a supplemental reflection and discussion resource for counselors, ministry leaders, and group facilitators who are walking with women through questions of identity, faith, relationships, boundaries, and change.

The workbook encourages participants and facilitators to share only what is safe, listen more than they fix, and leave room for both grace and truth. It is not a substitute for qualified professional, crisis, legal, medical, or emergency support.
