Jennifer M. Ciaramello Releases Quiet Boil, a Faith-Filled Memoir of Survival, Healing, and Hope
Author and Quiet Boil Project founder Jennifer M. Ciaramello announces the release of Quiet Boil, a memoir about recognizing the simmering water in your life and finding freedom through Christ.

FLORIDA — August 19, 2026
Jennifer M. Ciaramello, a Florida esthetician, speaker, and founder of the Quiet Boil Project, today announced the release of her memoir, Quiet Boil.
Like the frog who doesn't notice the water heating until it is almost too late, many women don't realize how dangerous their situation has become. Quiet Boil traces Jennifer's journey through trauma, abuse, abandonment, addiction, and loss—and the faithfulness of God that carried her to redemption.
"Sometimes the most dangerous situations don’t happen all at once. The temperature rises slowly, and we adjust without realizing how much we’ve lost along the way. Quiet Boil is my story of finally recognizing the heat, finding the courage to get out, and discovering that God had never stopped walking with me." said Ciaramello.
What began as a collection of Post-it notes, memories, prayers, and journal entries became a testimony intended to help women recognize their worth, find their voice, and take meaningful steps toward safety, healing, and restoration.
Availability
Quiet Boil is available now on Amazon. A companion workbook, the Quiet Boil Companion Workbook, is coming soon.
Interviews and speaking
Jennifer is available for podcast, radio, print, and speaking engagements. A full press kit with headshots, bios, and book covers is available at quietboilproject.com/press.
